powerhouse.

Caribou Armory?
New Caribou Armory Dedication
In 1959, the battalion became the "1st Automatic Weapons
Battalion," an Air Defense Artillery unit, with 4 line batteries
of the Twin 40 "Duster." Service Battery redesignated as D
Battery. In 1961 the battalion converted back to field
artillery.
